As if the US Army had nothing better to do, they have apparently done a study of the Twitter, and the potential use thereof by terrorists.
From the report:

Actually, no, it’s identi.ca, a URL I’d have made fun of a scant two or three years ago. Twitter-like, 140 character limitations, but open source, and a hangout for some Fedora Project folk who I follow on Fedora People.

Another Tool

While using the Twitter, I commented that it was a live-blogging tool par excellence. I think the “Asides” category that I discovered I had all along, could serve the same purpose. In many respects, Asides serve it better.
